Overview

PREDMET.Retail is part of the international company PREDMET, specializing in furnishing construction and development projects in Bali and across Asia. We supply furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, finishing materials, and equipment on a turnkey basis: from sourcing in China to on-site installation. We are now expanding our team and looking for a Sales Manager who will become the link between clients, sales managers, and the operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain client database (CRM, spreadsheets, Odoo).
  • Prepare commercial offers, specifications, and invoices.
  • Oversee document flow: contracts, invoices, closing documents.
  • Support sales managers with data collection, calculations, and price list checks.
  • Coordinate orders with procurement and logistics departments.
  • Generate sales and KPI reports.
  • Organize client communications (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom).
Qualifications
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Experience in sales or project management in construction, interior design, or B2B services is a plus.
  • Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets, basic CRM or ERP (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to respond quickly to client requests.
  • Knowledge of English or Indonesian would be an advantage.
