What You Will Contribute

The Sales Manager plays a key role in leading and executing the hotel’s overall sales strategy during the pre‑opening phase. This position is responsible for developing sales plans, building market awareness, securing key accounts, and driving revenue across all segments to support a successful hotel opening and ongoing operations.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement overall sales strategies for rooms, F&B, events, and corporate segments.
  • Lead pre‑opening sales activities, including market setup, pricing strategies, and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
  • Prepare sales plans, proposals, contracts, and sales performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with management and operational teams to align sales initiatives with hotel readiness.
  • Represent the hotel in sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and support long‑term business growth.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with brand positioning and hotel standards.
  • Perform other sales‑related duties as assigned by management.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role within 4–5 star hotels or luxury hospitality properties.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies across rooms, F&B, events, and corporate segments.
  • Proven experience handling pre‑opening sales activities, including market setup and client acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of pricing strategies, revenue targets, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Well‑connected within the hospitality market and corporate client network.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced pre‑opening environment.
  • Proactive, well‑organized, and results‑driven.
