PT LG Chem INDONESIA is looking for a Sales professional to drive market development for chemical raw materials. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the petrochemical industry and a solid understanding of customer relationship management. Proficiency in English and strong negotiation skills are essential for success. This role includes responsibilities such as market research, pricing proposals, and maintaining communications with both customers and HQ.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Together with HQ, develop domestic market customers with our company's own chemical raw materials: ABS, Synthetic Rubber, SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) and etc.
Communicate with customers and HQ counterparts regularly and establish good relationships with them
Find out customer needs and actively develop the market
Conduct market research and analysis related with not only petrochemical industry but also customer’s end users’ industry
Prepare pricing offers and proposals for customers in cooperate with HQ
Prepare regular sales reports for internal use, including target achievements and performance analysis
A bachelor's degree or a master's degree (Chemical, Chemical Engineering and Business Administration is preferable)
At least 8 years experiences in a Sales preferably in Petrochemical industry
Understanding logistic work flow about import and export process
Experiences of sales, marketing, business development with petrochemical materials
Good negotiation abilities to come to mutually beneficial agreements for customer and company
Fluent in English, additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese language is an advantage
Good computer skills for sales reporting and presentations
No issue with travelling domestic and international
Driving own car
