Key Responsibilities



  • Own and manage the relationship with the exclusive distribution partner


  • Drive sales performance across key channels: online, resellers/wholesalers, and modern trade.


  • Provide strategic input on pricing, margin, and promotional activities


  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for growth


  • Act as the key liaison between local operations and the broader regional team

The Successful Applicant



  • Min 8 years of working experience in FMCG industry


  • Solid commercial experience in Indonesia within the nutrition products


  • Proven success in both online and offline sales environments


  • Strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in distributor negotiations


  • Excellent English communication skills


  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, independent role
