Sales Manager Mining Truck / Key Customer Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships and assist in consolidating high-quality customers; manage customer information to ensure complete and accurate customer resources and equipment files.
  • Through contact and communication with customers, explore needs, promote leads to business opportunities; guide customers to reach purchase intentions; sign contracts and deliver products to customers.
  • Recover payment for goods abroad, reconcile accounts with customers on a regular basis, prevent the risk of payment for goods, reduce the loss of payment for goods, and ensure the recovery of payment for goods; actively handle settlement procedures for settlement customers.
  • Possess mature local construction machinery customer resources in Indonesia.

Qualifications:

  • Under 40 years old, full-time unified recruitment undergraduate degree or above, marketing or machinery related majors, with 1 year or more related work experience preferred.
  • Specific and strong market development and customer management capabilities, able to discover and tap customer needs in a timely manner, and provide suitable product solutions; possess good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
  • Language: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English or Indonesian and Chinese, and pass the company's foreign language assessment.
  • Experience with Mining Trucks, Wide Body Dump Trucks, etc.
