Qualifications

About this Position

Defining and leading KAM strategies, growth plans (and innovation roadmap) to achieve regional / local Business Unit (BU)/ Strategy Business Unit (SBU) goals

What You´ll Do
  • Develops and executes regional / local key account strategy (short-/mid and long term) aligned with the SBU/BU strategy
  • Leads, coaches and develops team
  • Delivers sales plans and project pipeline
  • Optimizes sales mix to achieve higher growth and margins
  • Ensures correct manufacturing footprint are made to support focus segment growth
  • Develop sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiate and secure key accounts contracts
  • Improve pipeline of projects
  • Steers join innovation roadmap with customers and develop unique business model to gain competitive advantage and growth
  • Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
  • Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. Technical background is a plus, particularly in surface treatment, chemical engineering or material science.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial sales and at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, with proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
  • Regional management experience in Southeast Asia is preferred.
  • Fluent in English. Vietnamese is strong plus. Additional language skills such as Chinese/Japanese/ Korean are merit.
