Sales Manager Mandarin Speaker - Central Java

Lead and develop a sales team in Central Java to achieve profitable growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key customers by promoting our client’s products and services. Collaborate with internal functions (technical, customer service, supply chain) and the Head of Sales to execute short- to mid-term commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and implement territory plans and visit schedules for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders and key decision makers.
  • Coach, mentor, and monitor sales executives; identify training needs and drive capability building.
  • Use CRM to manage pipeline, forecasting, and market insights.
  • Improve margin and NSV through product mix, technical selling, and pricing management.
  • Ensure collections and cash flow targets are met.
  • Provide market and competitor intelligence to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support product launches, local adoption of global initiatives, and co-marketing activities.
  • Foster a results-driven team culture with strong engagement and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline or equivalent.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must.
