The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in sales, including 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in 3PL or forwarding. Qualifications

  • 10 years in Sales in 3PL / Forwarding, including 5 years as a Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Sales experience in Automotive, Fashion, Home Appliances, Semiconductor, or Machinery industries.
  • 1 year of Forwarding or Logistics operation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish action plans for achieving operational revenues.
  • Provide tailored solutions to client business needs.
  • Support sales team with market research and sales targets.

The working venue is in Jakarta or Tangerang.

Our client is a Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Establishing action plans that lead to achieving operating revenues and net revenues in our plans and account plans, then sharing and executing them together with the Sales Team.

Deepen understanding of account management in the company and provide solutions or services that meet the needs of the client's business and supply chain.

Having market research/business intelligence to support the sales team with clear and efficient sales targets to attack.

Assembling solutions not limited to Forwarding but also Logistics, then proposing them to clients.

Making sure each account potential and appropriately managing the stages of both own and Team's Sales Force.

Creating own forecast according to the plan. If there are gaps in these two, must develop and implement actions to fill those gaps promptly.

Discovering functions necessary for providing solutions and proposing them to the Management.

To educate team members into becoming solution human resources.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 10 years in Sales in 3PL / Forwarding, including 5 years as a Manager or at least Assistant Manager.

Sales experience in the following industries (at least 1):

  • Automotive
  • Fashion
  • Home Appliances / Electric Machine
  • Semiconductor / Electronics Devices / Electronics
  • Machinery / Semiconductor Equipment Industry

Business level English.

Creating proposals, quotations, and net income simulations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Presentation skill important).

Minimum 1 year of Forwarding operation experience (as a CS or OP), or Logistics operation experience (CS or OP).
