Job Description
- Collaborate to develop and implement account strategies and sales initiatives aimed at meeting and surpassing sales goals.
- Partner with the Global Account Sales Leader and Regional Office teams to identify and execute effective account strategies.
- Mentor and guide new sales executives to ensure they align with company objectives and the sales strategy.
- Lead monthly business review sessions with the regional office and factory sales teams to ensure global initiatives are being successfully executed.
- Oversee the implementation of regional "attack plans," providing support to sales executives to meet their regional targets.
- Drive the sales strategy and work closely with factory sales teams to align efforts.
- Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within local offices and through buying agents.
- Manage relationships with buying offices, ensuring their service offerings and solutions meet client expectations.
- Maintain strong, productive relationships with agents, buying offices, and factories.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, working with the operations and customer service teams to adjust actions based on customer forecasts.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree or higher.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, and related software.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience, with preference given to those with a background in the apparel or footwear industries.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex deals and transactions.
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work effectively under pressure.
