About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading global companies in the packaging industry, including labels.

Job Description

  • Collaborate to develop and implement account strategies and sales initiatives aimed at meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Partner with the Global Account Sales Leader and Regional Office teams to identify and execute effective account strategies.
  • Mentor and guide new sales executives to ensure they align with company objectives and the sales strategy.
  • Lead monthly business review sessions with the regional office and factory sales teams to ensure global initiatives are being successfully executed.
  • Oversee the implementation of regional "attack plans," providing support to sales executives to meet their regional targets.
  • Drive the sales strategy and work closely with factory sales teams to align efforts.
  • Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within local offices and through buying agents.
  • Manage relationships with buying offices, ensuring their service offerings and solutions meet client expectations.
  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with agents, buying offices, and factories.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, working with the operations and customer service teams to adjust actions based on customer forecasts.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree or higher.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, and related software.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience, with preference given to those with a background in the apparel or footwear industries.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating complex deals and transactions.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work effectively under pressure.
