We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO).

As a Sales Manager (JSO), your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategies and objectives with team members.
  • Building strategies and driving performance to achieve and exceed the revenue targets set by the hotel.
  • Developing new business relationships and maintaining good relationships with existing partners, clients, and guests.
  • Handling sales activities with local and international partners.
  • Generating new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Implementing sales activities and action plans outlined in the hotel’s sales and marketing plan.
  • Maintaining sales and service standards of the hotel.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for sales and marketing and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at an international chain hotel.
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers.
  • Is fluent in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
