Job description

Your day-to-day
  • Monitor hotel spend and look for opportunities to optimize sales while minimizing waste.
  • Negotiate sales prices within booking guidelines.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and assist in marketing intelligence.
  • Sell to new, existing, and prospective customers, considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, and negotiate optimal rates for the benefit of the business.
  • Service existing business through management of account bases.
  • Ensure the entire client experience is successful and memorable, acting as the brand ambassador and key contact throughout their journey.
  • Build long-term relationships with planners and hosts to increase loyalty to the brand.
  • Participate in sales calls with team members to acquire new business or close deals.
  • Execute and support operational aspects of booked business (e.g., generating proposals, writing contracts, customer correspondence).
  • Align with business needs and prioritize tasks that help guests accomplish their goals.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
What We Need From You
  • Based in Jakarta.
  • Strong knowledge of local business and understanding of business trends.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business language and tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Must speak local language(s).
