Job Description
- Develop and implement business strategies in accordance with Group strategy.
- Provide market insights and establish a strong collaboration culture with international counterparts.
- Ensure maximum market coverage and customer satisfaction, develop new machines.
- Ensure fulfillment of corporate policies and legal guidelines within the assigned subsidiary.
- Represent the brand and enhance awareness within the local market to ensure future growth.
- Manage business operations in line with Group strategy, ensuring internal control, compliance with laws, guidelines, and the code of ethics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and secure the long-term success of the brand within the assigned market.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years' experience in a senior sales role within the relevant industry.
- Previous experience and proven success in building and growing regional sales and/or service organizations.
- Several years' experience and a solid track record in developing and implementing strategic and business plans for Injection Molding Machines in the plastics industry.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing the market deeply to identify opportunities and risks.
- Strong understanding of Injection Molding Machines, their applications in the plastics industry, and relevant markets in the given countries.
