Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative sales strategies that drive company growth.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performance sales team.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the tech industry or startup environment, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to seamlessly connect with clients and international teams.
  • Self-driven, quick learner, and proactive in solving challenges.
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven experience guiding teams to reach targets and build effective sales strategies.
