Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow the Horeca segment in alignment with company objectives.
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the Horeca market to achieve sales targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management review.
Manage, coach, and develop the Horeca Sales team to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales, with a strong focus on the Horeca or Manufacture/FMCG industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
In-depth knowledge of the Horeca landscape, including key players, buying behavior, and industry dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, supported by excellent presentation and reporting skills.
