Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives (DPD) is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager – Heavy Industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development within the industry sectors, including Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Pulp and Paper. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background and network in industries and the ability to work as a committed, collaborative team member.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Full responsibility for sales performance and growth within the industry business sectors (Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper).
  • Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipeline.
  • Lead sales activities and develop new business opportunities within the industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts customer, industry stakeholders (End Users , OEM , SI , EPC ) , and Partners
  • Work closely with regional heavy industry team to deliver solutions to clients.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Danfoss Drives' solutions.

  • Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation , or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Strong background and experience in Industry such as Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pulp and Paper.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a front-end sales role.
  • Experience in Channel Partner Development within Industry Segment.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
  • Must be self-driven, have a hunter mindset, Aggressive, Self Motivated Nature, and hungry for success
