Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment/Construction - Tangerang - WFO (ID: 673086)

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting a client in the rental of construction machinery in finding a qualified Sales Manager. The position details are as follows:

Working location: Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and company KPIs.
  2. Oversee team performance, ensure target achievement, and manage payment follow-up and monitoring.
  3. Manage sales operations (approximately 70% management, 30% field activity), including coaching, pipeline tracking, and customer relations.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth rental operations and customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop sales strategies aligned with Japanese corporate culture and expectations.
  6. Report team performance to senior management and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
