The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Jinyoung as a Sales Manager GT/MT/Horeca. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving key performance targets across PT Jinyoung's GT/MT/Horeca. This full-time role is based in South Jakarta.

Job Requirement
  • Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) majoring in economy, marketing, food technology and etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as sales manager MT, GT and Horeca in FMCG industry.
  • Required leadership, strategic planning, conceptual selling and good communication skill.
  • A person with high self-confidence, creative, positive attitude and thinking whom can bring enthusiasm to work.
  • Have an "A" driving license.
Job Description
  • Develop new customer and new items for existing customer.
  • Achieve sales goal based on the company strategy and customer needs.
  • Develop sales strategy and approach for various products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with the key person of each customer.
  • Update and analyze annual sales forecasts by customer.
  • Ensuring correct spending based on the business ethic code.
