We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and hungry Sales Manager from the CIS region, who is ready to become our client's key person in Asia.

Job Description:

  • Approach clients in the oil & gas sector and related industries (EPCs, operators, service companies).

Business trips are covered.

  • Build relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and technical directors.
  • Identify projects and opportunities to integrate our solutions.
  • Independently develop and implement sales strategies for the region.
  • Use our database of clients in Asia, who are already buying similar sleeves from competitors — this gives you a chance to start selling from day one.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales within oil & gas or industrial B2B projects (project sales experience is highly valued).
  • Ability to reach the right decision-makers: who to call, how to approach, and how to negotiate.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Ambition and strong drive to earn (we value “hunters,” not “sitters”).
  • Existing connections in the oil & gas sector in Asia are an advantage.
