Job Title: IT Project Sales Executive
Overview: We are seeking a sales professional to handle sales duties focused on selling IT project solutions (tenders or direct sales) for our IT System Integration division.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage new customers and end users, selling products and solutions related to IT projects (tenders or direct sales).
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, visits, negotiations, deal-making, and sales activities with new customers.
- Negotiate, tender, and communicate with new customers, partners, or principals to achieve quarterly gross profit targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, serving as the main contact point.
- Expand and develop existing customer accounts, generating new coverage and clients.
- Achieve sales targets through direct sales to end users.
- Act as the key interface between customers and relevant divisions.
- Maintain a sales target-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven approach.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Own a vehicle (motorcycle/car) and a laptop.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project sales, with a strong background in tender processes and project lifecycle management.
- Existing network and customer database covering end users and projects.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); passive knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and internet applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivated.
- Willing to work in West Jakarta (Meruya & Puri area) and travel outside Jabodetabek for projects.
