As the Sales Manager for CKLine, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while actively prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Planning or creating programs to increase sales
  • Overseeing the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure optimal performance
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new avenues for growth
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommended actions
What we\'re looking for
  • 8+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Korean or Japanese Shipping, Freight Forwarding companies
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
