Job Responsibilities
- Achieve the overseas market sales targets for energy storage products (household, industrial, commercial, and large storage), aligned with the company's development and sales strategy.
- Develop key account customers and establish a sales system for energy storage products through direct sales and agent models, based on local market characteristics.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in energy storage projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, utilities, and private sector clients.
- Collaborate with partners and industry stakeholders to develop strategic alliances that promote business growth. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to guide strategic decisions.
- Participate in important company decisions, plan sales products, and develop pricing strategies for energy storage products considering market and peer conditions. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms for the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in expanding and maintaining large-scale overseas projects and commercial customers, preferably in the lithium battery and new energy industry for B2B sales.
- At least 2 years of overseas residence and market development experience, especially in developing new countries and markets. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
- Strong marketing knowledge, team management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
