Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve the company's overseas market sales targets for energy storage products, including household, industrial, commercial, and large-scale storage solutions, in line with development and sales strategies.
  2. Develop key accounts (KA) customers by establishing a sales system tailored to local market characteristics, expanding through direct sales and agent models.
  3. Identify and pursue business opportunities in energy storage projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as government entities, utilities, and private sector clients.
  4. Collaborate with partners and industry stakeholders to develop strategic alliances that promote business growth. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Participate in major company decisions, plan sales products, and formulate pricing strategies for energy storage products based on market and peer analysis. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure favorable terms.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Experience in expanding and maintaining overseas large-scale projects and commercial customers; experience in lithium batteries and the new energy industry for B2B sales is preferred.
  3. At least 2 years of overseas resident experience and market development, especially in developing new countries and markets; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
  4. Strong marketing knowledge, team management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
