About The Role

About the job Sales Manager (Education Territory)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Education sector. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions, including schools, universities, and training centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Education sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales within the IT industry, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Sales Manager role.
  • Proven experience in successfully selling to and managing accounts within the Education Sector is a MUST.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
