Responsibilities include developing annual sales targets (volume & margin) for distributors in Indonesia Timur (Sulawesi, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan) based on historical data analysis, market trends, and customer capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all distributors.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2-3 years as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager covering Indonesia Timur.
Experience in managing and developing distributors/agents in key cities within the area.
Experience in identifying and appointing new distributors/agents in Indonesia Timur.
Industry experience in building materials or industrial products.
Willing to travel routinely and frequently.
