About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager Domestic to join Sales & Marketing in Jumeirah Bali (National Talent). The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to position Jumeirah Bali as the preferred resort for the Indonesian market across both leisure and group segments.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within Indonesia, leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and partner feedback.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local travel agencies, corporates, event organizers, and key industry players.
  • Conduct impactful site inspections and tailor-made presentations to prospective domestic clients.
  • Represent Jumeirah Bali at key domestic events, roadshows, and trade fairs to strengthen brand presence and stimulate demand.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue, Marketing, and Operations Teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance against budgeted targets and take corrective actions where needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Provide regular market intelligence updates and contribute to shaping commercial strategies based on local trends and customer expectations.
  • Uphold exceptional service standards and a luxury guest experience throughout the client journey.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong exposure to the domestic Indonesian market.
  • Proven track record in driving leisure and group business from local accounts, with an established client base—particularly in Jakarta.
  • Solid understanding of the local travel trade ecosystem and booking behaviours of domestic travellers.
  • Experience in working with PMS and CRM systems. (Sales Force, Delphi FDC).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
