Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong customer relationships.

Requirements include:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in IT/Telco Industries.
  2. Familiarity with the Telecom market, including Carrier/Operator internal organization and workflows.

The role involves working closely with customers to assess needs, identify new market opportunities, present offers, negotiate and close contracts, and monitor contract implementation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include owning all sales and revenue activities for major accounts, focusing on winning ISPs, Fixed Telecoms, Enterprises, and Government sectors.

Additional duties involve identifying market potential, qualifying accounts, collecting and analyzing market information, and planning to achieve sales targets, account penetration, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Candidates should have experience in a sales role and in relationship management.
