Job description

Experience 3 - 5 Years

Job Purpose:

Research the new product, closing the contract with new suppliers. Provide product training to staff. Managing cosmetic material business.

Working Relationship:

  • Internal: Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Asst. Product Manager, Sales Supervisor, Executive Sales, Technical Sales, Purchasing Division, Logistics Division, Products Research and Development Division, Accounting and Financial Department
  • External: Customer Relation Department, Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing customers in assigned area, any changes would be reported to the superior officer
  • Responding to customers’ demand
  • Making pricing structures approved by the superior officer
  • Presenting marketing plans and parts needed to be supported
  • Responsible for the efficiency of subordinates’ communication with partners
  • Presenting customers visiting plan together with partner’s technical division and partner’s marketing division
  • Asking for and negotiating market price with international partner
  • Analyzing information of market, marketing competitors, economic circumstances, or any factors affecting product management
  • Participating in process of decision making to both offensively and defensively strengthen relationship with customers
  • Responding to important information and managing it regarding to basics of importance for achieving the plan and budget assigned. Any changes would be consulted and approved by the superior officer
  • Finding new marketing channels
  • Creating overall marketing plan
  • Assigning tasks received from superior officer to sales team
  • Efficiently resolving problems occurring in sales team
  • Coordinating with related sectors
  • Presenting reports on marketing situation and sales progress comparing to goal and previous year
  • Checking sales team’s reports and handing to superior officer as monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • Checking inventory order report of sales team
  • Summarizing estimated sales volume of the next year
  • Preparing adequate knowledge for sales team and presenting to superior officer
  • Frequently planning sales team’s skill development
  • Cautioning and evaluating sales officers
  • Attending product’s knowledge sessions
  • Attending seminars on selling skills
  • As assigned by superior officer
