A leading company in human resource technology seeks a Sales Manager with a background in chemistry or related fields. The role involves servicing clients, negotiating prices with international partners, and developing effective pricing structures. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the chemical industry and strong communication skills.
Service customers in the assigned area and report any changes to the superior officer.
Create pricing structures that are approved by the superior officer.
Present marketing plans and identify necessary support components.
Ensure efficient communication between subordinates and partners.
Develop customer visit plans in collaboration with the partner's technical and marketing divisions.
Negotiate market prices with international partners.
Analyze market information, competitor activities, economic conditions, and other factors affecting product management.
Participate in decision-making processes to strengthen relationships with customers both offensively and defensively.
Present reports on marketing situations and sales progress in comparison to goals and previous years.
Review and submit sales team reports to the superior officer on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Summarize estimated sales volume for the upcoming year.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Science
Language: English communicative is a must.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, particularly in the same industry (Chemical for Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Personal Care, etc).
Driving License: SIM A
