Responsibilities

• Market Expansion and Customer Relationship Management: develop and maintain relationships with local banks, insurers, securities, fintechs, internet enterprises, telecom operators, and third-party IDC providers in Indonesia.
• Leverage existing customer networks to identify software procurement needs and establish direct channels with senior executives in tech, data center operations, and digital transformation.
• Solution Sales and Project Operations: understand client pain points in digital banking transformation and data center smart operations; coordinate pre-sales, lead POC testing, tender prep, and negotiations; guide the full sales process from lead to payment; ensure deployments meet Indonesian financial regulations (OJK) and data sovereignty requirements.

Job description

Market Expansion and Customer Relationship Management

• -Responsible for customer development and maintenance of local banks, insurance, securities, fintech companies, as well as large internet enterprises, telecom operators, and third-party IDC service providers in Indonesia.
• -Leveraging the existing customer network in Indonesia, quickly establish key communication channels with senior executives from the client's technology department, data center operations department, and digital transformation division to identify software procurement needs.

Solution Sales and Project Operations

• -Accurately understand the pain points and needs of clients in the digital transformation of financial banking (core system upgrades, digital credit, risk control and compliance, anti-money laundering, etc.) and the intelligent operation of data centers (DCIM deployment, green energy‑saving upgrades, smart operations and maintenance).
• -Coordinate the pre‑sales technical team, lead POC testing, technical exchanges, tender preparation, and commercial negotiations, and complete the entire sales process from lead generation to payment collection.
• -Provide compliant localized software deployment recommendations in accordance with Indonesian financial regulatory policies (OJK) and data sovereignty requirements.
