Client Details: Multinational Air Ventilation Manufacturing

Responsibilities
  • Prepare commercial proposals and quotations for Kruger ventilation products.
  • Attend client meetings, follow up, and close sales.
  • Handle both direct customers (contractors, developers) and indirect customers (consulting engineers, distributors).
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team; monitor performance and ensure task completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, production, marketing) to align proposals, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee follow-ups, post-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Set sales forecasts and plan territory/customer coverage.
  • Manage sales margins and operating costs.
Market & Customer Relationship Management

Market & Customer Relationship Management

  • Identify, build, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and new opportunities.
  • Represent the company in technical seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of ventilation/HVAC systems, ACMV, fan engineering, and product applications.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and assess product performance (airflow, noise levels, efficiency, etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering field)
  • Several yearss of relevant experience in HVAC / ventilation / product sales
  • Experience in handling Air System / Air Ventilation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
