Job description

This position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize ticket sales, group bookings, and event revenue. The role includes leading a sales team, building relationships with corporate clients and tour operators, and collaborating with marketing to increase park attendance and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Create sales plans and set performance goals for the sales team.
  3. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
  4. Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate groups, schools, and tour operators.
  6. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  7. Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and customer service.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  9. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
  11. Provide input on marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
  12. Assist in developing promotional materials and offers.
  13. Develop packages and proposals for group events, corporate functions, and special events.
  14. Manage the sales department budget, monitor expenditures, and evaluate ROI of sales activities.
  15. Adjust plans and strategies based on budget performance.
  16. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Key Requirements

  1. Willing to be placed in Solo, Central Java.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the theme park, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  4. Successful track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
  5. Experience managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
  6. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  8. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  10. Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  11. Creative problem-solver adaptable to market changes.
  12. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  13. Familiarity with digital sales and marketing techniques, including CRM systems.
  14. Ability to use data to inform sales decisions and strategies.
