Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing the Indonesian sales team system and process: combining marketing planning, market research, developing and maintaining high-quality customers in the Indonesian market, and providing them with packaging product design, production, and personalized packaging solutions.
- Independently lead the team to conduct project negotiations or strategic cooperation negotiations with customers, and provide pre-sales and after-sales services.
- Develop sales projects and plans to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Mobilize various resources to promote customer relationships, analyze the customer decision-making chain deeply, and establish personal and organizational relationships at key decision-making levels, along with effective dynamic management of customer relationships.
- Conduct systematic market insight analysis, identify business opportunities, and systematically plan market development strategies and layouts.
- From a project management perspective, conduct comprehensive analysis and planning of contract terms and subsequent project execution.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales management teams
- Proficient in Indonesian and English
- Willing to follow the company's long-term development
- Sense of responsibility, completing work tasks and projects on time with quality and quantity, and consciously taking responsibility at work
