JYX Packaging is a leading global provider of luxury and sustainable packaging solutions. We are now recruiting a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B customer portfolio. If you are passionate about strategic sales, leading sales teams, and building solid customer relationships in a manufacturing environment, we look forward to meeting you.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for establishing the Indonesian sales team system and process: combining marketing planning, market research, developing and maintaining high-quality customers in the Indonesian market, and providing them with packaging product design, production, and personalized packaging solutions.
  2. Independently lead the team to conduct project negotiations or strategic cooperation negotiations with customers, and provide pre-sales and after-sales services.
  3. Develop sales projects and plans to achieve the company's sales goals.
  4. Mobilize various resources to promote customer relationships, analyze the customer decision-making chain deeply, and establish personal and organizational relationships at key decision-making levels, along with effective dynamic management of customer relationships.
  5. Conduct systematic market insight analysis, identify business opportunities, and systematically plan market development strategies and layouts.
  6. From a project management perspective, conduct comprehensive analysis and planning of contract terms and subsequent project execution.
Qualifications:
  • College degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales management teams
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English
  • Willing to follow the company's long-term development
  • Sense of responsibility, completing work tasks and projects on time with quality and quantity, and consciously taking responsibility at work
