- Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets;
- Manage the sales team, including training, fraud risk prevention, and new employee induction;
- Coordinate cross-departmental work to ensure consistency between sales activities and marketing plans;
- Analyze market trends and the competitive environment to provide direction and support to the sales team;
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance;
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers;
