Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for yearly target agreement with distributors.
  • Responsible for sales planning, evaluation, and forecast accuracy of distributors.
  • Coordinate with Product Manager and Demand Planner for distributor product fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels at distributors.
  • Evaluate local support activities (start, pause, stop/continue) based on effectiveness, including executing trade promotions and managing claims.
  • Assess distributor sales processes, team performance, and productivity.
  • Determine distributor financing methods, including Accounts Receivable management.
  • Visit each distributor monthly and conduct joint market visits.
  • Oversee quarterly sell-in performance and monthly invoicing.
  • Participate in Wavin geographical expansion based on market opportunities.
