We're hiring a highly motivated individual to join our team in the exciting and fast-paced world of Aviation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, pitch, and follow up on solutions presented to partners, answering their queries and closing deals.
  • Develop a sales roadmap for the partner's initial 6 months with Teleport.
  • Hit sales targets by successfully managing the performance of the entire country sales cycle from pre-sales to acquisition.
  • Source business opportunities and maintain a strong knowledge of market trends, pricing, and solutions.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and operational offerings to provide creative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Build networks and working relationships with key decision-makers in target customer groups, focusing on helping customers address their problems.
  • Lead the presentation and creation of pitch/solutions decks, ensuring robust legal documentation to protect Teleport as a service provider.
  • Identify emerging local market shifts and new opportunities while being aware of new products and competition status.
