We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team for medical aesthetic device products in Indonesia. Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and managing a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and in-depth knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry. This is a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the medical aesthetic device (injectables) market in Indonesia.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and ensure the team achieves or exceeds sales goals.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer accounts to expand the company’s market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

People Management:

  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to ensure a highly skilled and motivated team.
  • Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to support individual and team growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Work with the marketing team to provide customer feedback.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions promptly.
  • Oversee product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring retention and repeat business.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in medical aesthetics device (injectables) product.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market in Indonesia, including regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
  • Based in Jakarta, with travel as required across the country.
