Sales Strategy, Coordination with Joint Venture Partner
Collaborating with other teams (marketing, legal, finance, technical, etc.) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
After analysis, making reports and arranging with other teams, including JV companies, for improvement
Establishing and developing sales strategies to achieve business plan targets (visitors, booking, PPJB, handover, AJB, etc.).
Collaborating with JV companies to manage and lead sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.
Collaborating with JV companies to evaluate the Sales team for improvement.
Negotiating/Convincing JV companies and supporting/leading sales activity for business growth.
