Job Description
- Develop sales strategies, plans, and execution guidelines. Implement and evaluate monthly and annual commercial sales programs.
- Acquire and cultivate long-term partnerships with customers by proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.
- Manage and build strong relationships with customers across distributors, wholesalers, and retail stores, providing analytical insights and logical understanding.
- Secure new distribution partners, especially in non-vape channels such as horeca chains, local and national modern trade, and Foom Store partners.
- Articulate and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Prepare monthly volume forecasts and plans, and report weekly and monthly sales growth achievements.
- Influence customer decisions in key business areas using conceptual selling techniques and data-driven presentations. Develop product ranges, shelving, pricing, and promotional strategies based on consumer research insights.
- Lead regional office expansion and develop a high-performing sales team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, strategy, and business development within the consumer goods or cigarette industry; experience in tech startups is a plus.
- Experience managing B2B commercial sales.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building and leading sales teams.
