Job Description

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales strategies and initiatives to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to develop strong business relationships and sustainable sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new customer segments and market opportunities.
  • Communicate product and service value propositions through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and digital platforms (company website, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate demand forecasting, and timely support.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and relevant industry events.
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the chemical industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Open to travel for roadshows and training, domestic and international.
  • Must have a clean travel record with no history of being blacklisted, especially in the Middle East, Europe, or the Americas.
