About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Vizitrip Global Tour' as a Sales Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for the company's travel package products. Based in Depok, West Java, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of this division within the wider hospitality and tourism business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's Haji, Umrah, MICE, and Tour Tourism travel package products

Managing a team of sales representatives and overseeing their performance to meet and exceed sales targets

Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content to attract and retain customers

Building and maintaining relationships with key industry partners, such as travel agents and religious organisations

Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing metrics to continuously improve the performance of the all sales division

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing within the travel or tourism industry, preferably in the Haji and Umrah segment

Strong understanding of tour & travel market and the ability to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and the internal team

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence
