Job Description
  1. Plan, pitch, and follow up on solutions presented to partners. Answer queries and close deals, including covering other commercial aspects.
  2. Develop a sales roadmap for the partner's initial 6 months with Teleport.
  3. Achieve sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from pre-sales to acquisition.
  4. Source new business opportunities and stay informed about market pricing and solutions.
  5. Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of our products and operational offerings, and learn to provide creative solutions to customer challenges.
  7. Build networks and relationships with key decision-makers in target customer groups, focusing on how we can address their problems.
  8. Lead the creation of pitch and solutions decks; coordinate with legal and operational teams to ensure solutions are backed by robust legal documentation.
  9. Identify market shifts and new opportunities, staying aware of new products and competitors. Note: Initial work may involve cultural adaptation working with AirAsia and the Teleport team.
