Job Descriptions:
  • Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline
  • Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline
  • Monitor sales team performance, make sure the process runs smoothly
  • Support sales team in pitching and negotiating with potential clients
  • Gather information and feedback from potential clients
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, proven track record in achieving sales quota
  • Experience in IT or HR company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary
  • Experienced in building and managing sales team
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to senior executive
