Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (Palm Oil Industry)

Biomicrogel Group is an innovative company established in 2012 by a team of engineers who developed a unique technology for cleaning water and hard surfaces from various oils, petroleum products, and pollutants.

Our team was the first in the world to apply the reversible solubility principle of natural polymers—used in medical pharmaceuticals for microencapsulation and drug transportation—to water treatment and industrial surface cleaning. Our products are also used in palm oil extraction.

Due to our growth, we are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the palm oil industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new customers and support existing ones to expand our customer base.
  2. Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and distributors.
  3. Attract new distributors; support and coordinate with existing distributors and sales activities.
  4. Participate in industry events such as conferences, exhibitions, and round tables to represent our company.
  5. Forecast sales, customer, and distributor stock levels.
  6. Conduct competitor research.
  7. Maintain CRM system and act according to company plans.
  8. Report Business Development Data (BDD).
Requirements:
  • Higher education.
  • Experience in the palm oil industry, water waste management, or water treatment.
  • Knowledge of palm oil mill production processes.
  • Technical skills, engineering mindset, analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, leadership in conversations, and ability to defend positions logically.
  • Proactive attitude and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Diligence and responsibility.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (60-70% of working time).
