About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with prior experience working in EPC companies or within the oil and gas industry.

As the Indonesia-based Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue, specifically within the oil and gas sector in Indonesia. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, sales commissions, and travel allowances.

What you'll be doing

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities among EPC companies and oil and gas sectors
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
4. Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry
3. Must have 5 years of experience in collaborating or communicating with EPC companies or petroleum companies
4. Have a wide network of contacts within EPC companies or petroleum companies
5. Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Familiarity with the petroleum industry and local market trends
10. Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required; Mandarin is a plus
