Job description

• Maintain existing customers and prospect new customers.

• Conduct regular sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

• Handle complaints from customers.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager.

• Experience in B2B sales in Chemical, Agriculture, or related industries.

• Highly motivated and proactive with initiative.

• Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to management, customers, colleagues, and staff.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

• Soft skills such as selling, negotiation, responsibility, hard work, and relationship building.

• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

• Must have a driver’s license (SIM A).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
