Job description

Our client, a reputable trading company specializing in industrial automation and electrical solutions, is currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager located in North Jakarta to join their team. This role will be directly placed at the client’s organization and will focus on managing sales of automation equipment such as PLC, HMI, servo systems, and related products.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industrial sectors.
  3. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  4. Work closely with the internal engineering and technical support teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  5. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business development reports to management.
  6. Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and product presentations.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering; Business/Marketing is a plus.
  2. 5–8 years of sales experience in industrial automation or electrical/mechatronics product sales and at least 3 years in a team-leadership role, managing sales engineers or technical sales personnel.
  3. Solid knowledge of factory automation components (PLC, HMI, inverter, servo, SCADA).
  4. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Inspiring leadership and people development skills.
  6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  7. Strategic thinking with a strong drive to grow market share.
  8. Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven personality.
  9. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written).
