PT Seesion Exhibition Indonesia (referred to as "Seesion Indonesia") is strategically located in the central business district of Jakarta and serves as a key platform in the global strategy of Shixin International Expo Group. With 26 years of professional experience since its founding in 1998, Seesion Indonesia has established an international exhibition service system that spans key sectors such as energy & mining, livestock, agriculture, and machinery industry, operating under a unique model of "industrial upgrade driven by professional exhibitions."

From May 15–17, 2025, Seesion Indonesia will host the 2025 Indonesia International Coal & Energy Industry Expo (ICEE 2025) at the Jakarta International Expo.

As a driving force for industrial upgrading in Southeast Asia, Seesion Indonesia is committed to deepening its three-in-one model of professional curation, industrialized operations, and global connectivity and aims to become a vital hub linking Chinese and ASEAN industry resources, fostering high-quality regional economic development.

Job responsibilities include:

  1. Collecting and organizing information & data about enterprises and industry
  2. Contacting and inviting customers via phone, WeChat, email, or direct visits
  3. Visiting main customers, confirming cooperation intentions, and actively following up
  4. Assisting the supervisor in visiting and promoting cooperation units
  5. Signing contracts, collecting payments, and providing follow-up services
  6. Achieving tasks and sales targets set by the project team
  7. Visiting and learning from similar exhibitions, collecting information, and expanding sales networks
  8. Organizing and assisting at exhibition sites
  9. Completing other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications:

  • College degree or above, decent appearance, fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in the exhibitions industry
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Office software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong responsibility, and affinity
  • Optimistic, responsible, and able to work under pressure
