As a Sales Manager, you will lead and grow our sales team while driving nationwide strategies that position our company as a market leader. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for shaping long-term commercial success, building strong relationships with doctors and clinics, and ensuring the continued growth of our premium product portfolio.
Lead and manage a team of 3–4 sales representatives, including performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with short- and long-term business goals
Create pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and incentive plans to maximize revenue
Monitor and analyze sales performance, and proactively identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team on nationwide campaigns and product launches
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clinic and hospital partners

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the aesthetic or surgical field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a team
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Indonesia
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Resilient, persuasive, and solution-driven — you don’t take no for an answer and never give up
Willing to travel occasionally (1–2 times a year) for company events or key meetings
