We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) market, focusing on promoting and selling BIM (Building Information Modeling) software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing a sales team, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners to expand our footprint in the industry.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and managethe sales team to meet or exceed targets for BIM software sales in the AEC sector.

Develop and implementstrategic sales plans aimed at increasing market share and customer base within the AEC industry.

Oversee sales activitiesutilizing CRM tools, ensuring an accurate and robust sales pipeline, tracking progress, and conducting regular performance reviews.

Assist sales staffin overcoming obstacles, enhancing customer engagement, and closing deals more effectively.

Conduct regular team meetingsto review sales targets, forecast updates, and sales opportunities, aligning efforts with business objectives.

Coordinate with marketing, technical, and customer support teamsto ensure excellent customer experience, satisfaction, and retention.

Identify and target new business opportunitiesand build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry partners.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrationstailored to the needs of prospective AEC clients, including project managers, architects, and engineers.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferencesto promote the company’s BIM solutions and generate leads.

Coordinate with logistics and administrative teamsto ensure effective order processing, delivery, and documentation.

Maintain accurate pricing recordsby collaborating with principals and updating pricing structures as needed.

Provide timely reportsto senior management, including sales forecasts, market feedback, and strategic insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and latest BIM advancementsto keep the company at the forefront of the AEC market.

Requirements

Proven track recordof managing and leading a sales team in a software, technology, or engineering environment, preferably within the BIM, CAD, or AEC sector.

Strong understanding of BIM solutionsand experience working with or selling BIM tools to the AEC industry.

Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in a sales management or supervisory role, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.

Exceptional leadership, management, and team-building skillsto develop a high-performing sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsfor engaging clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

Deep understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiativesaligned with industry trends and company goals.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suitefor managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.

Industry knowledge:Familiarity with the AEC industry and the Indonesian market is preferred.

Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a “can-do” attitude and quick learning ability.

Willingness to travelfor client visits, training, and industry events.

Driving license and own vehicleare preferred for mobility.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
