Introduction: Founded in 1955, DORCO is a South Korean Razor manufacturing company that is leading the world of shaving today. Dorco is a world leader in the development and sales of high performing razors and blades. Our products are currently sold in 130 countries globally and can be found in branded and private label with many of the top retailers in the U.S. and European countries. We operate with over 4,100 employees, 8 overseas manufacturing plants, 2 R&D centers, and several sales offices and Sales Managers around the world.

Now, we hardly entered Indonesian market yet. We are just about to penetrate newly in earnest. We are now looking for a talented person of sales to develop and implement a sales/business strategy to make a strong impact on the Indonesian market. Reporting to DORCO HQ in South Korea, we need a high performer who can analyze all reported data and identify development to recognize a business opportunity for the company in the Indonesian market.

Term of Contract: Annual consulting service contract (Yearly bases)

Working Location: remote (WFA)

Travel expenses (accommodation, meals, transportation, and other related costs) will be covered through monthly invoices.

Key Missions:

Find and develop new business partnerships and identify the business opportunities.

Conduct regular market research of Razor Marekt in MT and GT channel.

Work and communicate collaboratively with Dorco Headquarter Overseas sales team located in Korea.

Qualifications: Sales Capability & Sales Operation Expertise

Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales and marketing.

Proven track record in sales within Modern Retail channels (Hyper & Supermarkets, Drugstores, Convenient stores, Health & Beauty shops, etc.).

Experience in General Trade (Traditional Trade) channel too.

Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless execution and high performance across the sales team.

Proficiency in business-level English communication.

Must be eligible for international travel with no disqualifying conditions.

Knowledge of local import/export regulations, taxes, and logistics.

Applicants must reside in Jakarta where is capital city in Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications:

A number of years experienced within razors and blades or, personal care or FMCG in retail, wholesale sales environment working at a senior level

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
